About Mark Fullerton
Mark Fullerton began working as an intern private investigator in Northern California in 1991. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Montana in 1992 and later relocated to Monterey, California, where he resumed his career in private investigation.
Over the years, Mark gained extensive experience investigating a wide range of matters in both criminal and civil cases. His work has included two death penalty cases and several major personal injury lawsuits.
In late 1993, Mark returned to Missoula, Montana. Since then, he has earned a strong reputation for diligence, professionalism, and trusted investigative work. He is respected by his clients, colleagues, and professionals throughout the justice system.
Mark has extensive experience locating individuals, researching backgrounds, conducting surveillance, and interviewing witnesses. He has worked closely with attorneys, experts, and involved parties to help formulate effective litigation strategies.
His investigative work has included collaboration with experts in handwriting analysis, crash scene reconstruction, forensic entomology, sentencing mitigation, crime scene reconstruction, polygraph examination, and pathology.
From 2012 to 2014, Mark served as a lead investigator assisting the legal team retained by Brigadier General Jeffery Sinclair in a court-martial case. The case was described by The New York Times as “the most important sexual assault prosecution in the military.”
Mark also assisted the late Kelly Clark in the civil prosecution of several Boy Scout leaders throughout the country who were accused of sexually assaulting scouts.
